Key programs and structure

The Mentorship Academy’s broad aim is to build a pool of young women leaders and will achieve this by:
  • Creating a young-adult E- Mentorship platform for multi-sectoral discussions, dialogue(s) on challenges facing young women leaders and aspiring young women leaders
  • Using the platform for virtual, and non-virtual support, provide solutions through direct engagement and online support on the day-to-day leadership challenges faced by young women leaders
  • Creating information sharing and capacity building platforms and opportunities, such as women-only leadership networking sessions, thought leadership workshops/symposiums (e.g boot workshops, capacity building – on-line training, exchange programmes and job shadowing)
